Map My Hike by Under Armour App Reviews

We use this when we are horseback riding. It is great know the distance we cover and our pace.

Ive used these mapmyx apps for years now and i love them, 5 stars even for the free versions, but my only complaint is it wont start if you are in a remote area with no network. Apparently, the programmers dont get out of the city much. Osm downloads local state maps and finds gps signal even without a network, so we all know its possible. I would gladly pay for that upgrade.

Good for backtracking in the bush!

I love this as well as all of the "Map My _____" apps! Especially that it sinks them all to the same account (hike, run, ride, etc). Tracking seems pretty accurate I love the info it gives you about speed and that it announces when you hit each mile mark.

Great app! First time to use it, very user friendly. Just tap the icon and hit start and youre good to go

I like the simplicity of this app. I have tried several apps but I like this one the best.

Getting started was simple & app works great.

Great app! Love being able to link it to my "lose it" app. Its great for day trips on the trails or jogging at new places, but unless youve got a way to charge your phone, anything longer would just kill your phone. All in all though its a very good app.

Love being able to easily track my workouts.

Ive used this app more than the others plus its an easy format. All "map my" apps are great.

I use this app most of the time when out for long walks or hikes. Generally, it works great, but sometimes, especially in/ around buildings, it will teleport my location to somewhere far away, or make it look like I ran around the store twenty times. Really, my fault for not hitting pause, bug it would be great if the program could understand the context of where a person was walking from mapping data.

Does exactly what is supposed to do. Very versatile. Used it for hiking and cycling.

Worked well at the nature trails. Will be using it again next time we go hiking. Was nice weather, and may try it during an overcast hike to check accuracy.

This update did not resolve GPS tracking issues that started with the 9.3.1 iOS update!

Great app. Only complaint but it is the same complaint I have with similar apps. Why dont they connect with music apps like Spotify?
